Team Uganda landed safely at DFW Airport last night at 6:45 pm. Pastor Steven reports that the return trip went off without any problems and the team is thankful to be home. But after 33 hours spent in airports and airplanes, they were ready for a hot shower and a good nights rest. Thank you so much for all your prayer support over the last several days. It was great knowing there was a team of warriors back home supporting the mission in prayer. It was definitely felt and needed during the campaign. Though final results of the campaign are not official, the preliminary results were almost 2800 presentations of the gospel and 925+ professions of faith in Christ! We thank God for the harvest! God is awesome and He is doing amazing things!
We encourage you to be in attendance in worship next Sunday, August 19th, as a video recap of the campaign is presented. Again, thank you for all your encouragement and support.

I'd glad to hear you are all back on Firewheel soil. You have been missed, but boy what a wonderful report. I can't wait to hear the whole story.

Welcome home everyone! It is wonderful to hear that all went well in the end and that God fulfilled the word He gave Jennifer! His great power goes far beyond our borders. May He bless each of you who heard the call and said Hear I am Lord send me, Many in Africa will never be the same as a result of your love and service to God!
How will they hear, unless one be sent!
Praising Him from afar for the SENT ministry of Firewheel, and for each of you who WENT.
Sounds like there has been great rejoicing in heaven ... and I am sure there will be on SUnday as you share all the details. Wish I could be a fly on the wall : )
