God is raising up a great harvest in Romania, and Brasov is a key city in the central part of the country. E3 has been going to Romania since 1991, but this will be our first time to take a team to Brasov. We will be working with two well-established churches in Galati (pr. "Ga-lahtz"), helping them reach surrounding villages with the gospel. This area is ripe for the gospel of Jesus Christ, and we are convinced is strategic for our ministry.

For more than 21 years Kitgum has been the center of rebel killing, rape and destruction. The destruction has stopped…but the human and spiritual suffering remains. Now living in squalid refugee camps, these Acholi tribesmen have suffered through atrocities we can hardly imagine. One of their greatest losses has been simple hope. And to add to their misery, most of the camps have no active churches. Our work will be in the refugee camps near Kitgum, helping to bring new and refreshed hope to a people that have been lost in hopelessness. God has raised up an energetic group of pastors and churches for us to assist…as they move in God’s will to start new churches in the camps. We will be along side them…as both Ugandans and North Americans share our personal testimonies with the lost.
